RELAX, YOU'RE COVERED

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Outhaus Ltd. We are proud of our products and stand by them, offering a no quibble back to base warranty for the lifetime of your Outhaus product.

This Limited Warranty applies to Outhaus branded physical goods purchased from Outhaus Ltd (the Product/s).

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, Outhaus Ltd will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of a Product that proves defective because of improper materials or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

What will we do to correct problems?

Outhaus Ltd will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the Product if repair proves uneconomical. A replacement Product or part assumes the warranty of the original Product.

When does coverage start?

A transferrable Limited Warranty period of 365 days is assumed from the moment we ship the Product. To benefit from the Lifetime Warranty the owner of the Product must register the Product at our website following the ‘Register your product’ link.

How long does the coverage last?

The Lifetime Warranty Period for Products purchased from and registered with Outhaus Ltd is for as long as you own the Product, or the Product reaches the end of its natural life, whichever is the sooner. Lifetime refers to the reasonably expected lifetime of the Product when used and cared for correctly; it does not refer to the lifetime of the owner. The Lifetime Warranty becomes void if you transfer ownership of the Product to someone else, however the 365 day Limited Warranty is transferrable, as long as the original proof of purchase is supplied.

What does this Limited Warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by any of the following:
Damage resulting from negligence, improper maintenance, improper use or modification
Damage by natural causes such as lightning, flood, or other natural disaster
Theft or loss of the Product
